What does a Custom Journey Cost?
One of the questions I’m asked most often is:

“How much does a trip like this cost?” or “Is my budget enough to work with you?”
The honest answer is always the same: it depends.
Every journey I design is completely tailored to my clients—their interests, travel style, pace, and the experiences they want to have along the way. Because of that, the investment for a custom trip can vary widely.
I work with travelers across a range of budgets, but what matters most to me isn’t the number—it’s the traveler. I especially enjoy working with curious people who want to experience a destination in a deeper, more thoughtful way than the typical vacation.
Several factors shape the overall cost of a journey, including:
-
Time of year (peak season vs. shoulder season)
-
Length of the trip
-
Type of accommodations (luxury hotels, boutique properties, villas)
-
Level of experiences (private guides, exclusive access, curated cultural activities)
-
Transportation and logistics (private transfers, trains, VIP airport services, charters)
While every trip is unique, many clients appreciate having a general reference point. A thoughtfully designed one-week trip to Europe for two people, staying in luxury hotels with curated experiences and seamless logistics, typically begins around €25,000, excluding international airfare.
Of course, some trips are simpler and some are far more elaborate. If you’re wondering what your trip might look like, the best place to start is simply a conversation.
